Hotel Krystal made it possible for my fiancee and I to have a beautiful experience in a romantic dinner on the beach shore. Everything was prepare on time and well designed. We love the service provided and the beautiful view at the the sunset. It was a unique experience.

Over all the hotel is fine. Good service. There’s no smoking in the common areas can only smoke outside the lobby and at the beach.
Reservations for the Bogarts are hard to make due to the very short reservation time from 10-11, and the concierge Daniel who’s 5 minutes of power make his day. Not that the place get filled anyway, there were a total of 5 tables filled in the entire place. They say the sports bar is adults only but there is kids and babies allowed making the environment not comfortable. They need more pool tables 2 are not enough for the people capacity of the bar. plastic chairs and tables make it not comfortable to be there and there is no other options for night fun.
