Not far from the Sandia Mountain tram, the Bosque de Rio Grande and Historic Old Town, the La Quinta Inn & Suites Albuquerque Journal Center NW is a nonsmoking hotel families will love during their visit to New Mexico. There are 97 guestrooms, including two suites, on three floors. All guestrooms have king or double pillow-top beds, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a microwave and refrigerator, and the apartment suite also includes a full kitchen. Start the day with the hotel’s free Bright Side Breakfast, and enjoy free coffee anytime in the lobby. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and guest laundry facility. Pets can join their families, thanks to the hotel’s “Pets Stay Free” policy (restrictions may apply).

the entire trip and stay to Albuquerque was quite enjoyable.The room was very clean and comfortable. The appearance of the lobby upon reception was also very welcoming. The breakfast presented was quite tasty and very convenient.

Better Option between the three North I25 Wyndham Properties

The hotel is right off of the San Antonio I25 exit in northern Albuquerque. There is a Days Inn and two La Quinta's off this exit. Stay at THIS Wyndham property one if you want safe, clean rooms and don't want to pay a boatload of money for it. The property is set back and on a slight hill which means not much walking traffic through or near the property. Close to restaurants, groceries, and gas.
