Just west of the Colorado Springs Airport is this La Quinta Inn & Suites. Amenities include complimentary high speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel, the free Bright Side Breakfast, free parking, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and the Bright Side Market. Pets are welcome (and free) at this hotel, as well. The free Bright Side Breakfast includes waffles, hot and cold cereals, bread and muffins, fresh fruit, and all-you-can-drink coffee and juice. Additional breakfast items include bagels and milk. Rooms feature premium cable channels, coffeemakers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, alarm clocks, and flat screen televisions. Microwave ovens and refrigerators are also available in select rooms. Nearby attractions include the World Arena Events Center, Fort Carson Army Base, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Garden of the Gods. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

Great Place

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is within Walking distance to several restaurants. The breakfast was great! I love the omelettes with salsa! We felt safe. It was family friendly and dog friendly too!

Vacation trip

There was an issue with our room that when we walked in our room, the room wasn't made up, but the issue was taken care of and we were given a discount on the room we ended up with. The breakfast was good, but could have been better with more choices. The room was comfortable, very quiet, and had a nice view of the mountains.
