Valet "took a break" in our car with my family. We didn't valet the car.
Early arrival was placed in a room with known maintenance issues, surprised to get a knock from repair.
Provided inactive keys.

Although our stay was only one night, this hotel was one of the nicest we’d ever stayed at. The guest services were helpful and amazing. The decor was beautiful and the hotel itself was clean and homely. It was clear it had been updated, but they left that southern charm.

Cons: Parking was a separate charge and not easily accessible in my opinion. Traffic could still be heard through the windows in the top floors.

Pros: Perfect location; brochures and maps in the lobby; helpful staff; accommodating rooms; comfortable beds; clean; fast elevators; and an overall great stay!
