Office staff Denise & Vernon are great. The others were often very rude. The bed was VERY comfortable. The price reasonable. The cleaning staff nice, but failed to clean well & to refill toilet paper many times. The bed, price & location are the only reasons that I continued with my stay.

I booked LQ and found out on arrival they had sold to TL a few months ago but did not notify bookers. Even the reminder email a few days before was from LQ. Lights out in passageway which was at my door. Smokers stood outside their rooms and smoked and talked loud early/late. Needs LOTS of repairs!!! Bad maid service and inconsistent. One day no wash cloths were left. Only positive was comfortable beds. Water leaking all around breezeways. Only 1 ice machine worked.
