This is a stunning location by the river with private fishing access. Please note that children are only allowed in the cabins by the river and the villas, not the lodge. The lodge is for massages, spa services and an adult-like environment. This is still a lovely option for families in the outer buildings. There are kitchens, Adirondack chairs along the riverbank, a fire pit and pavilion, and a setting that rivals many resorts in the area. There are tons of amenities included in the cabins, and Pack ‘N Plays can be provided.

Cozy, warm and inviting with a location that can't be beat!

My husband and I just spent 4 nights in The Ladybird Suite at The Landings and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home in Estes Park. The suite is spacious and sparkling clean with a great view of the mountains. We say elk each morning and could hear the river. The locations is very close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We LOVED our stay at The Landing! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The place is beautiful, new, very comfortable, and did I say beautiful. The room was perfect and the owners are amazing! They recommended places to hike and eat. They were super helpful and kind. The bed is comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the fireplace and sitting area is cozy. The property is gorgeous. You won't be disappointed if you book here! We hope to go back and we will definitely stay at The Landing!!
