Where do I start with this review.
First and foremost was the amazing staff so friendly and extremely helpful. Especially the beach staff sorting sun beds and bringing fresh towels
The location was perfect, right on the beach and about a 20 min walk to JBR walk
Could also use facilities in the Westin next door.
Would highly recommend the bubbalicious brunch on Fridays

Myself and my partner travelled to Dubai for the first time all the way from Ireland and stayed in this beautiful resort. From arrival to up until the second we were put in our transfer, the service was OUTSTANDING! Every single staff member, from the reception desk to the pool staff to the spa staff, to the staff on the beach/pool bar, lifeguards, buggy drivers, right down to the cleaners.. each member was so welcoming and accommodating with any request Or inquiry. This hotel was so kids friendly that we are looking into coming back again with our 1year old daughter. It was The safest hotel I have seen so far. There is security all over the resort with notepads containing the names of the guests staying in the resort so they know who is walking around the resort. There is always security in the lobby and no matter what time of day/night is it, the lobby is filled with people awaiting your assistance. Any reservations or day trips you want to book, they do it all for you. I have to mention Mohammed, the staff member at the concierge desk, he went above and beyond for us and made our trip so comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. We were treated like royalty. We went half board and I could not recommend it more. The food is so delicious and they have such a wide range of variety. I loved that you have so many restaurants to chose from and they are all so close. I am so excited to book again and return to this outstanding hotel! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
