We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and then read reviews and thought we made a mistake, however we had a lovely and enjoyable weeks stay. We booked close to the airport as we knew it was a long day travelling, the planes really didn't bother us, they weren't very frequent and stopped overnight. The room was more 3 star due to the traditional wooden furniture. The shower could have done to have been regrouted. We had a sea view room which was fab for watching the sunsets. Could always get served at the bar and Ivan was a great barman. We found the food very nice and they had something different every night, we don't eat fish and when this was mentioned to the chef he made us chicken and chips on the fish buffet night. We enjoyed the free snorkel trip, the beach area was nice, only thing I would say is the beach sunbeds were quite uncomfortable with a metal bar in the wrong place when you sit and lay on them which makes them uncomfortable however the pool ones were newer and much better. It was lovely and quiet, not much entertainment but dj was nice and listening to music and chilling was what we wanted.

The hotel is located in an amazing location, the views, beech, walks are exceptional. Sadly hotel infrastructure needs work, food is very basic, and is not holiday special at all. Limited variety of wine and alcohol available. Room spacious but lack some key features, a draw or a shelf to pack clothes, only hanging capability. No bed lamp, doors fitted wrong so create gaps etc. the staff are very friendly and helpful and do the best they can with what is available, so very much potential exists for this property.
