Do not stay at the Hawaiian Inn, Daytona Beach Shores, Fl. This is a hotel/condo. My family are renting a condo for 18 days through Airbnb. Till they are in their new home. They have had nothing but problems and issues since they have been there.
They had a couple of packages delivered to assist with their disabilities. These packages were delivered to the front desk. The front desk were holding the packages as ransom, until we could pay $5.00 a package to release them. Only would take cash.
Regardless, be kind, especially to the disabled and older people that could use a helping hand and don't take advantage of people when you think you have a upper hand. Wonder where that 5.00 a package would have gone??? Your pocket?
This hotel is dirty ! I had dried red wine or blood on my sheets, tub dirty; I understood the under construction part but cleanliness and comfortability is most important and I didn’t even sleep. I woke up to speak with that front desk lady about my experience and she didn’t care and didn’t want to compensate the experience. They didn’t have blankets when we checked in and no one to clean the tub so we had to go to Walmart to buy blankets and Lysol. Horrible experience and when I told the lady that
