I have already said it but I will say it again this place should be closed in October because the town/village is completely shut down nothing is opened and the beds are like sleeping on boards and maybe when you have been skiing and or drinking all day you might not care but when it’s just been a normal day with lots of walking or hiking or driving cause nothing is open in October then you care when your looking forward to a good nights rest.

There is a reason this Hotel is so much cheaper in the off season and its not the fact that its not in Aspen...its the fact that there is absolutely nothing in the area open so everything is a drive to this or drive to that so you cant enjoy the nice rooms or Hotel because you will be spending your entire trip driving to aspen and back for everything.
