Bed bug infestation

Worst stay in my life. Filthy bed bug infested room. Reception area crowded and unwelcoming. Staff was unfriendly and indifferent when information was requested. Exterior in disrepair. Guest room was dated, dirty and beds were infested.

You pay for what you get...

...well for a quick road trip over night stay, even this wasn’t what we expected. The odor was awful in the office to check-in, not friendly and reeked of 1980 horror film. It was just a guys trip but if any females were with us, WE WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED at all.
