I stayed here in February 2019, and was pleasantly surprised after long treks through Chichen Itza. This place is very close to Tulum ruins which are so beautiful. My room was huge with a gigantic king bed, sitting area, and balcony that faced the ocean (hammocks included). I felt safe, and had no problems whatsoever.

It was supposed to be our quiet end of roadtrip after 16 days in Yucatan and we discovered a hotel under building with a lot of danger everywhere due to materials used by workers.
It is now 08:20 pm and workers still used hammers loudly. We complain at the reception and they just say "take it or leave it, contact your travel agency it's not our problem".
It is just facts I don't want to overact but frankly speaking I am so sad to finish my travel with a so poor hotel.
