An excellent hotel. Most welcoming and friendly. Lovely courtyard and comfortable lounge. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Good food and excellent service. A ptofesssional yet relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Very pleased with Los Portales in Cusco

The hotel has a very good location close in the center of old Cusco. Perfekt breakfast. Opened already at 5 in the morning, good for early check outs. Very clean,very kind people working in the hotel.
