Amenities at this friendly and affordable motel, just one mile from Okemo Mountain, include complimentary continental breakfast, an outdoor pool (only open during the summer months), a fitness room, and complimentary shuttle service to the mountain. Restaurants, pubs, shopping, churches, and the Old Black River Academy Museum are all within walking distance of the motel, as well. Nearby activities include skiing and golf.

A previous reviewer mentioned the exterior of the property was terrible, decided to stay and anyway. Well, don't. I thought how bad could it be? The room 112 smelled old and musty. No ice except from the personal supply of the front desk person. Bathroom clean. That's it. Torn bed skirts and covers. Replastered bathroom walls and towel racks. This place should not be approved to run as lodging. Horrible.

It was a good place to get a good nights sleep and a shower, that's all. Beware.

Rooms were dark, outdated (Nothing like what they look like on there on their website). Their website is a blatent false advertisment. The pool is drained, ratty, liner ripped out. It was like that 2 years ago also when we were up here and it is still a pit. The grounds and building are unkept. The Ice Machine was broken. There was no AC in the room. Just bad news.
