The Marquette Motor Lodge is on US 41, three and a half miles south of the downtown area of the city. It features classic roadside-motel-style accommodations with 31 rooms, some of which have two beds and most featuring microwave and mini-refrigerator. This is a classic, no frills affordable stop for an overnight stay as it does not have a pool or free breakfast. It may not make your kids smile but your wallet will be happy meaning you’ll have more resources to explore and have fun in Marquette and out on Lake Superior.

Little lodge

For 200 words I don't know. Nice little place.good beds cute and friendly service. Loved it here.had a great time with friends. Just come inn and see.Loved this place.family Loved this place for the fun.

Newly renovated and friendly folks

In August of 2018 we took a trip to the UP and were lucky to choose a motel called the UP Motor Lodge. The property had been newly renovated and was in great shape and moderately priced. We found out the UP Motor Lodge had been in the same family for a number of years. We dealt mostly with Dan Wheeler, the manager, who was very helpful with suggestions as to what we should see and where to dine. Dan and his mother were in constant motion, cleaning rooms, remodeling and landscaping. We had a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend the UP as a great place to stay.
