All villas are ground level, two bedroom, two bath, two car garage with a personal golf cart which can be used around the resort, fully equipped kitchen, service for eight, breakfast bar, and dining room table. There are also handicap villas available upon request. Additional amenities in each villa include a large family room, an oversized jetted whirlpool tub, a separate free standing shower, dual sinks on the vanity, a hair dryer, three flat-screen HD TV’s with DirecTV, DVD and Blue-Ray, CD player, free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, private BBQ, patio chairs and tables and either on a balcony or private backyard.

To keep the family entertained there is a private gated pool and hot tub on site. Guests also get to enjoy full usage rights at the Mesquite Vistas Country Club that has a large outdoor pool, hot tub, weight room, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoes, basketball, and many other activities.
