We were there for a week to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. We enjoyed seeing the staff that were there and had many laughs. Many repeat guests made some new friends. Our room was clean and everything worked.
Had a great dinner under the stars poolside with a superb show that night. Due to small amount of guests the Buffet was not open every night but we are at the restaurants on those nights. Never went hungry that’s for sure.
Cuban Day beach bbq always a hit with us. For me drinking a glass of wine at lunch at Ranchon with that amazing beach view is my favourite thing to do. Unfortunately it was not open for the time we were there understandably due to the low volume of guests.

Half of the pool was completed and looked beautiful. The other half was being worked on. Believe that has been done now.

Carlos and Team continue to make improvements. The grounds are looking beautiful as ever. Staff are so wonderful at this hotel.

My note for improvement would be as follows:
Let’s get air conditioning and exhaust system in the buffet fixed up so that grilling stations can operate again. It was not comfortable to eat in the Buffet especially when the temperature was above 32 degrees outside.

In September 2019 visiting this place for the first time with friends.. hotel looks amazing, food it's all right, but more important staff it's very friendly,. Entertainment staf( Abel, Sally) this person for all my time ,they been very friendly, helpful, make for us very good time , very professionally (Abel,Sally) to make time for me and friends very busy , for people like there we won't to back for this same place , I hope they will be working , .. I think entertainment staff make very good job for this hotel( Abel,Sally)and more people like this both make top friendly hotel .. we planing back on 2020.
