Well this was my 3rd visite and I was still impressed .Every time they have improved. The food is good . Beach ,what can I say ,“it’s gorgeous “ And if there is something ,you can always count on the staff management “Gustavo and Lili to take good care of you and promptly !!! I will definitely go back ! See you soon

We loved this resort! It was very clean, well kept and all staff was very friendly and accommodating. My mom has mobility issues (we had requested a close first floor room and it was missed when they had assigned rooms) but, this was fixed right away, her room was moved to first floor in the building next to us. The entertainment staff of Victor, Darita, Isy & Carlos made our days fun. Take Carlos' daily aqua fit class...it is fun and he is a wonderful teacher, we all had fun with it. We had the pleasure of eating some meals with Darita, Isy & Victor and they are wonderful people, we can't wait to return and visit again. The beach foam party was a first for all of us and it was so much fun! We can't wait to do it again.

The food was great and selection was plentiful as well. My kids loved the fresh pasta and meat stations which they ate at daily along with our singing omlette man in the mornings! Our morning/lunch wait staff of Raydel and crew were very nice with great service. We ate most lunches at the snack bar, Bites, pizza is fantastic from here! Service there was good too, they were very busy but managed to always take care of us. The only a la carte we tried was the Italian as it was the only one my kids would eat at and the food was very good.

We will definitely come back to this resort! My kids asked while we were still there if we could come back next fall.

The only negative was with the store by the Italian a la carte restaurant - he didn't seem to care if we were in the store or not. I talked to others at the resort and we all got the same vibe from him. He didn't stick to the hours posted on the door , opened late and closed early daily.
