Most rooms at the hotel provide enough space to accommodate two adults, however a crib or extra bed may be placed in some rooms. Larger families can choose to reserve connecting rooms. Kids will love taking part in the free supervised activities for kids. Other family amenities include a kiddie pool, two outdoor swimming pools, babysitting services and free Wi-Fi access. Two onsite restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner are available for guests. Kuta Beach, Carrefour Plaza Kuta and Legian Beach are all easily walked to from this location.

Awesome staff, food, drink. Our room was an awesome upgraded experience.
Peaceful stay with great pools and grounds. Central location to everything you want during your stay. BMC, CircleK, and laundry directly across the road. Security were friendly and welcoming

Flexible rate is not flexible at all!

I booked with flexible rate for 3 nights. After staying for 2 nights, due to the change of business schedule, I have to shorten my trip and check out 1 day earlier. But then I was told that I could not change my booking after check in and eventually I have to pay for 3 full nights even I only stayed for 2 nights. So what is the difference between flexible rate and the so call special rate offered by the hotel? You pay more with flexible rate but not getting the flexibility you need!
