Hockey tournament visit

by joymA5847SO

We were part of a larger group of hockey supporters. The hotel was clean, welcoming and provided good information. The bed was comfortable. A slight mistake was made on our bill but it was corrected immediately. The complimentary breakfast was standard fare but if you wanted breakfast in the restaurant “Kips” that was available as well. We dined in Kips several times for the convenience and it was very good. One of the servers (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name) was very good. She had an excellent memory for which type of drink we all preferred. She was friendly without being intrusive. She made excellent suggestions for breakfast and lunch choices. All in all, our visit to this hotel was very good

Outdated gym and okay rooms

by sultanconsultant

As someone who travel a lot for work, I look for a hotel that has a decent gym. This hotel is not one of them. The ellipticals are all in poor repair and the treadmills need work. I would also say the rooms are outdated and I was on the executive floor. They attempted to update them but you can tell they went cheap and just added some paint and few decorative items. It isn’t a bad hotel but I would if you are here for long stay I find a different one.
