So I checked I to this hostel short notice as I'd seen it on Hostelworld, rooms very basic, and cold shower but that is to be expected so I was finally e with that. What makes this the worst place I've ever stayed at is..
At 3am I was woken up by the very loud staff talking to themselves not just whispering but shouting and laughing, this lasted atleast 30mins before I fell asleep again.
Woken up at 7.30am for breakfast one we had not asked for and certainly not at 7.30am!
7.45 - lots of banking and building work started on the hostel, I was not told this would be happening and that early!
Finally I asked if I could check.out 2hrs later thinking there would be no issue due to not many rooms being taken. I was told no and I would have pay 45 sole for this (it's only 60 for the whole night) when I then told them about my complaints and it's the least they could.do they didn't care and then lied to me saying the room has a reservation (they just told me I could if I paid)
At 1.02pm I got a knock on my door telling me I had to leave now!
Absolutely appalling service , on top of cold water, basic room and WiFi not working all the time.

Very very good for the price you pay . It's more a hotel than a hostal . Staff very helpful , they gave us information about taxis , buses , turistic places . Location is good just 2 block from the bus station . Clean and the most important. Quite at night . Chiclayo is no a very backpackers city .
