We Enjoy the island and the food, we always have a-wonderful time when we are there. Will be going again next year 2020. The people are friendly and helpful. We have not found anywhere else that can compare. Love it

I was little skeptical because you really can not choose the unit when you book. We booked a front ocean view from Oct 6-13, 2019. We got unit 212 in the second floor, ocean view. No complains at all, very clean, bathroom well equipped, air conditioner units in each room and the living room, cable tv, internet, kitchen equipped, not noise at all, all beach for yourself, I guess it is because it was low season and most of the units were empty (Aug to Oct).:

Recommendations:
* Mexicans are abusive, they will take advantage of you in any way when you go shopping, or renting golf cars or cars.
* when you check in ask to wear the writs band not in the wrist bu the the ankle for example, if they see you wearing it on the writs you will be charged double or triple when shopping or renting gold cars
* We rent a car in Playa del Carmen for 800 Mexican pesos (Oct 2019) for 2 days, how is it possible that Mexicans are such abusive and charge $1200 for 24hrs and $100 for one day (you have to returned the golf car before 5pm). I advise you to shop around when renting a golf car
* Returning to the airport from Isla Mujeres, if you take a cab at the ferry station in Cancun they will be abusive and charge you $1400 to the airport (3-4 people), we cross the street and took a taxi in front of the ferry station and we paid $400 to the airport
