Arrived to a room with the sliding door ajar. In November. Resulting in a freezing first couple hours of working in the room. And then dry and uncomfortable remainder of the stay with the heat on 80 to keep the room warm. Request support from the front desk and was met with attitude and dismissal. Tried to make the best of my stay as my husband and I were celebrating Veterans Day/Marine Corp birthday. He’s a former service member. We requested turn down to the second night that too was ignored. Disappointed all around especially in the front desk staff

Wonderful Hotel great location properly was well-maintained the room very comfortable very nice staff at the hotel we're just Superior. The hotel did out with little extras like a welcome hot apple cider when arriving in the offer of a hot toddy before going to the room. The on-site restaurant seemed very good to only had the breakfast buffet but it was well presented and very tasty
