A cute budget motel just a few minutes’ drive from Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee ski area, Newport Hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price. The motel has two sizes of room, standard rooms with two full-size beds, and larger rooms with two queen beds. Furnishings are spare, with polyester bedspreads and small dressers and bedside tables, but each room contains a refrigerator and microwave. The motel also has an outdoor swimming pool, with depths up to three feet, making it perfect for the kids. It is located only a five-minute drive from both the lake and the ski resort. Pets are welcome.

Great Motel, Friendly Owner

I am a traveling Licensed Nursing Assistant and I stayed here for a few weeks. This was a perfect place for me to stay while I was on my work assignment. I highly recommend this motel. Price is in the normal range, convenient to downtown, a nice place to stay. Friendly owner, clean rooms, best place I found.

Great stay, great motel. Recommend. Room large, clean, and comfortable. This motel was 10 minutes from Lake Sunapee and Mount. Sunapee, convenient location. The price was reasonable, no breakfast included, but there is a very good breakfast place down the road. Owner was nice too.
