New Jersey’s newest theme park broke ground in West Berlin this week. The new Diggerland USA will be the first-ever construction-themed park in the U.S.
Diggerland will be a 14-acre park offering kids the chance to operate machinery like tractors, dumpers, excavators and more. Other attractions will include a ropes course, rock climbing, train rides, swamp buggy and arcade games. The park will be adjacent to the indoor/outdoor water park, Sahara Sam’s Oasis.
Diggerland theme parks currently operate four locations in the United Kingdom. The New Jersey location is expected to open this summer.
