Pennsylvania’s Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom will launch a new attraction in 2015, specifically for families.
Called The Cedar Creek Flyers, the ride will offer eight, two-person carriages that ascend 28 feet in the air, and riders will be able to control the intensity of their carriage with a moveable front wing.
“The Cedar Creek Flyers are a perfect compliment to our collection of family rides,” Dorney Park Vice President and General Manager Brad Marcy says. “They build on Dorney’s reputation as a great entertainment value for families with young kids.”
Additionally, Dorney Park plans to add a new restaurant, Smokehouse Barbecue, along with a new dining plan for season pass holders.
