LEGOLAND Florida Announces Virtual Reality Experience

Virtual reality experiences are popping up everywhere — including LEGOLAND Florida Resort. The park has announced plans for The Great LEGO Race, a virtual reality ride.

Riders will be given virtual reality headsets before embarking on an experience that will include LEGO character sightings and LEGO bricks galore. Bluetooth technology will sync with the ride’s twists, turns and dips.

The Great Race is expected to debut at LEGOLAND Florida Resort in 2018. The virtual reality ride will open at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in 2017 and LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort in 2018.
