New Conrad Hotel Joining Washington D.C. Marketplace

Conrad Hotels will open a new hotel in the upcoming CityCenterDC project, which will offer retail, residential and hotel space.

The Conrad Washington D.C.’s 370-room hotel will join CItyCenter’s 216 residential units and 458 apartments. The entire area will host more than 250,000 square feet of retail and dining space. Retail is expected to open in fall of 2017, with the Conrad Hotel opening in spring of 2018.
