Pennsylvania’s Knoebels Amusement Park Opening New Coaster

Knoebels Amusement Park in Elysburg, Pennsylvania, will welcome its fifth roller coaster in its 2015 season.

The free admission amusement park will open Impulse, a 98-foot-tall steel looping coaster, which will travel along 2,000 feet of track at speeds of up to 55 miles per hour.

Knoebels prices its rides individually, and as a new coaster, Impulse will cost $3 per ride. Children must be 48 inches or taller to ride.

Knoebels opens for the 2015 season April 25 and 26 with a special buy one, get one free ticket offer. From June 8 through September 4, the park offers all-day ride passes for one price on weekdays, starting at $24.
