This Florida Hotel Will Be Shaped Like a Guitar

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, has plans for a serious expansion. The highlight? A building shaped like a guitar.

The guitar’s “strings” will ascend 450 feet in the air and light up at night in what we can only imagine will be an amazing display (and a coveted Instagram shot).

The guitar-shaped building will house 638 guestrooms. Another 168 guestsrooms will be added in the resort’s pool tower building.

Other additions to the hotel will include a 10-acre pool area, luxury villas, a new Hard Rock Live concert venue, new restaurants and a spa. The resort’s casino will be expanded, as well.

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino‘s expansion will be complete in 2020 — just in time for Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium.
