This independent hotel is located in the heart of Galway’s city center. Families can easily walk to Quay Street, the Spanish Arch and numerous restaurants. The modern 100 guestrooms feature queen beds, a flat screen television, free Wi-Fi, USB outlets and a coffee maker. The Family Room option can feature three single beds or a double and a single bed in one room. The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free parking is also available.

A great hub of activity & hospitality

Stayed one night for a shopping trip in Galway. Easy taxi to and from centre of town but a bit expensive €15 each way. Could walk in daytime but it was night for us and raining.

Rooms comfortable clean warm and peaceful. Great big super king beds. I personally didn’t like the toiletries in dispensers on the walls. I would prefer individual ones. There was no shower cap which I like to have. Good roomy shower.

The breakfast manager was very nice and quick & capable as was the waitress at breakfast but was a busy busy spot - lots of people from a graduation the night before plus a football team but they managed very well and the supplies were well replenished. The breakfast buffet is a bit tight for space but at the SuperValu rate we got we were very happy with everything.

Comfortable stay

Great stay the friendly receptionist provided an extra key card when I left mine in the room. Plus opened the main door for me when I left the hotel to get something from my car in the wee hours of the morning and not able to get back in with the freezing cold outside at 2 deg C.
