Excellent solution for a short time in Miami. Very central place on South Beach. Beach at 100 Mt, Ocean drive at 100 Mt. Practically the maximum. I confirm everything they promised. Great little two floor (no elevator) hotel 1 block off the beach between 11th and 12th streets. Ocean Reef is in an old building with squeaky wood floors covered with carpet, but is very clean (excluding hall and stair well carpets) and appears to have been recently renovated. New shower stall, fresh paint throughout, and equipped mini kitchenette. The only things I would recommend is new carpet throughout, then new mattresses - it felt like I was on a spring mattress. Parking upon arrival is a problem, as the on street paid parking was full and I had to park in a no parking zone and hope not to get ticketed while checking in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They allow you to leave your car in valet parking until 1 pm following check-out before you're charged for another day. They will also tag and store your luggage for you free of charge after check-out. I have no problem staying here again.
