The Ocean Spa Hotel features comfortable rooms with a chic, contemporary decor. Families can opt for a room with a balcony or a spa room with exclusive Ya’ax Che Spa services. Three fine dining and buffet restaurants offer a variety of foods, including Mexican and Italian. All-inclusive rates include meals and activities on the resort. Work up your kids’ appetite by giving them ample time at the two pools onsite. Young children have a pool all to themselves, and the beach is right at the edge of the property, too. If your family wants to venture off the resort, a travel agency desk can help you plan your day’s activities, and a car rental service can provide your transportation. The hotel is not far from downtown Cancun. Also nearby, families may want to visit an equestrian center that offers horseback rides.

Frida Restaurant

Frida Restaurant in Ocean Spa Hotel is a must try when in Mexico. The staff Amisael, Miguel and Pedro are really good. Superb customer service! You also wouldn’t want to miss the excellent food preparation and presentation by Chef Rosa Agustin.

Cancun Vacation

We had a great week in Cancun.The resort is a bit dated but everyone there are so helpful.Ask Alberto in the lobby for anything to know in the area.Having said that there's no real beach to use for swimming,the pool is difficult to enter and exit and the food average at best.Make sure you use the free shuttle bus to visit the other resorts nearby.One is on the ocean and the other on the bay has the best pool.The food is awesome at Sunset Marina.The one thing I dislike about Cancun is the constant baggering to buy something anything from the moment you clear customs.Its the same on any tours that you take,what you pay is not the final price for anything even at the hotels.But having learned all these things will make my next trip so much better.
