Bottom Line: The place was just ok. You can probably do better in Tulamben. Left feeling I will not stay there again.
The good: large room, big windows, comfortable bed, cold air conditioning, nice pool
The bad: Cleanliness. Bathroom was filthy, but they were quick to clean it once it was pointed out. The buildings and grounds needed maintenance (questionable electrical wiring, bricks falling off buildings, rusty sharp steel next to pool). TV was always on in the restaurant. The staff was hanging out all over the property looking at their phones.

This was our 4th stay at Oceanview, and again it was absolutely great. Over the past 4 trips Oceanview has become better and better. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and will bend over backwards to provide you with the best time and service.
The rooms are spacious clean and quite well maintained, food is very good and tasty with nice sized portions.
The dive center is well established and very professional.
Will be back in 2020
