Wonderful service! Each and every employee I encountered was professional and helpful. Every detail was thought out, making my stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended! Delicious breakfast, chocolates on the pillow at night, coffee in the room. Staff is always available to help!

Wonderful time at Orchard garden

Stayed for 3days in San Francisco at Orchard garden hotel. My husband and I had the best time staying in this wonderful hotel. Starting when we checked in, very friendly welcoming staff at the front desk, super clean room with crisp bedsheets, I mean they starch the sheets I think! Good size room and bathroom enough space for my husband’s stuff. And the most helpful staff named Collins Chu who really went beyond his duty to help us with our booking( I made a mistake with the dates) , thank you so much. We had the most wonderful stay in this lovely hotel and will go back again next year and stay here every time we’re in San Francisco 5 stars
