This budget-friendly motel is located on Highway 7 and is only a short drive away from historic downtown Perth. The hotel provides basic, newly renovated accommodations and features an outdoor swimming pool. The standard guestrooms can sleep four people with two queen beds and feature a microwave, refrigerator, and shower/tub combination. A larger suite is available and sleeps four with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. The suite is equipped with a kitchenette and features a living room area.

Very nice place to stay

Clean, very affordable and a great location. We stayed for one night, the room had a full kitchen(we like to cook). and here is a grocery store a few minutes walk away. Actually, everything is close by. In the morning we walked downtown (about a fifteen minute walk), had breakfast, looked at some shops and then it was time to continue our trip.
Very friendly host. We will definitely stay there again.

Great clean place to stay and affordable

My husband and I stayed there one night as it was nice. The place was clean they have an outdoor pool which was great. You are close to stores and restaurants. Your only 5 minutes into the town of Perth. We would go back.
