We come to London on a reguar basis and always stay at Point A Kings Cross. It is situated in a nice location not too far from the station and has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. I would especially like to mention Fatima, Iza and Ralitsa who have been great with us during our visits and always go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Recently we had made a booking for two nights then added an extra night as a separate booking. Rather than us having to check out and move all of our stuff to another room, Fatima sorted it so we could stay in the same room which was greatly appreciated!

The rooms are always very clean and although they are cosy, there are plenty of small shelves, fold down tables and hangers for clothes. The small things make all the difference when we're at a hotel such as a friendly smile and 'good morning' from the staff when we go down for breakfast, how it is never any problem requesting things like extra pillows which are quickly brought up to our room and how Fatima always knows our order for two cups of breakfast tea whenever we go downstairs!

The continental breakfast is perfect for us as we are not keen on eating a full cooked breakfast in the mornings and there is plenty of choice including pastries, cereal, yoghurts and fruit. I especially enjoy the warm butter croissants with jam!

For the price, location, atmosphere and lovely staff I would definitely recommend Point A Kings Cross.

Great value for the money and only 5 minutes walk to long cross station. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were a perfect size and breakfast was fresh every morning. Fresh towels daily
