Our room overlooked the parking lot, no air conditioner, we placed a fan in the window for ventilation. Others in our group had rooms that overlooked the harbor. One had a transformer outside their window, they mentioned noise during the night. We did not have much noise since we didn't over look the harbor. The folks working at the front desk were able to let us know where a self serve laundry was near by. The room met our needs for the nights we were there

The room was neat and clean. However, it was just enough space to place 2 suitcases. Typical breakfast with waffels, cereals, Yoghurt and Toast. A Safeway is just around the corner. We would select it again.
