I asked for a room away from the road and was given a fantastic room with a fantastic view of the London skyline, really quiet hotel. The staff from the second i checked in couldn not have been more helpful and the waitress at dinner was the life and soul of the restaurant making me feel at ease and welcome as a solo traveller. Look forward to returning in the future.
