the hotel building is beatifull, the buffet is no bed ( same as a cheap family hotel but ok )
The real problem of this hotel is the room service,
The cleaning was made very fast and bad, no change of soap, only 2 towels each, shower not cleaned,little kitchen left dirty, at the afternoon still with used coffe cup from the morning ,near the sink.
2 call at the reception to ask soap and 30 minutes waiting outside the shower.
I like 5star hotels for the service.
A beautiful building is not enough.

My husband & I have 2 holidays each year, which includes one visit to the Princesa Yaiza every year for the past 10 years. We love the Yaiza - it feels like coming home & is by far the best hotel we have ever visited. From the wonderful friendly & helpful staff to the location, the general ambience, cleanliness, lovely decor & pool area, the choice of restaurants & variety of food. Over the years, the standard has not dropped. What more can I say. Oh yes.... it's always nice to see Miguel's smiling face on arrival.
We are in our 70's now - but we'll keep coming back as long as we are able.
