Upon arriving at this hotel to check in we were ignored for 6 to 7 minutes while the lady working the desk finished what sounded like a personal phone call, We were never acknowledged during the wait to check in until she finished her call. Was given an outside exterior room in the back of the hotel but would have preferred one of the interior rooms because I didn't feel safe in that area of the hotel, the clerk was unwilling to move us to one because we had already been assigned the exterior room even though interior rooms were available. The room was somewhat clean & the door had gaps around the door frame that allowed bugs to get in - the hotel appeared to be in some sort of renovation phrase, could not tell from the condition of our room.and the rooms that had mattresses stacked inside of them that we could visibly see through the windows of vacant rooms on the back side of the hotel. Didn't get much sleep that night due to a lady that yelled and screamed walking around the parking lot and corridor for a couple of hours because she lost her dog and other loud guest on the back side of the hotel - Horrible

The next morning, checking out by another front desk clerk; had to wait yet again because this clerk was having a personal conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us until she finished her conversation so overall, this hotel was lacking in good & friendly customer service and the room we were assigned was in a terrible location on the hotel grounds so would not stay here again or recommend based on our experience.

Just needed a room for one night to break up a long rode trip to Panama City Beach Fl. This hotel was just fine for what I needed. The front desk staff where friendly and quick to check me in. I had a room on the inside area with views of the atrium. The room was pleasant and clean. It is an older hotel so there are a few cosmetic things that could be fixed but overall i was pleased with room. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Ate breakfast and it had the standard fare of eggs and sausage, waffles etc... I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if ever in the area. I was in room 208.
