Are there other hotels to stay at in Jacksonville? Certainly yes but the reason I keep coming back to this one is simply the location. If I had another choice within 5 miles of this location I would probably use it.

I’m currently staying in this hotel and have called the front desk twice that my refrigerator, microwave nor hairdryer have any power. Possible that it is a breaker but not accessible in your room. Also struggling with the electronica door key at 11 o’clock at night is no fun. You can put the card in 10 different ways 10 different times and on the 11th time it will work.

The front desk staff is generally rude.

This is a motel, not a hotel as it is portrayed that has a “comedy club“ on the property. So if you’re coming in on a Friday night or a Saturday night good luck actually finding a parking space because they are all taken by the comedy club patrons.

If you have to stay in Mandarin this is about your only choice. That’s sad. And this is not your typical Wyndham property. Most of the others I have stayed at are updated, cleaner and have a more pleasant staff.

Cleaning staff could have did better.....We were in the area for a wedding and not the game. I highly suggest to the housekeeping supervisor if there is such a person at this location check, check and recheck rooms after your staff.
