Nice period property, reasonably well maintained and with character.​

We had a very spacious newly renovated Water View King room, with a lovely view of Haley pond. Very comfortable bed with great mattress, very nice linen etc . ​
Very clean. Very quiet. We slept very well. ​

​Breakfast was a bit basic, help yourself motel style, but with freshly cooked scrambled egg.

Hotel bar was under used and pretty empty whilst we were there. It had a big sports TV screen, so we didn't stay. only serving simple bar snacks, no meals.

Short walking distance to a few Main Street bars & restaurants - on proper pavements.

Great local walks available on the many parcels of land managed by the Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust. Sometimes tricky to find ! Their offices opposite hotel but maps available online.

We spent Columbus Day weekend at the Inn and could not have been happier. Our room was spotless and modern while keeping with the historical feel of Maine when this Inn was built. Great location in the center of Rangely near shops and great restaurants. We will be back.
