Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center is a nice place for families with kids to stay. This hotel is just around the corner from the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, Georgia Aquarium and Emory University. A few other points of interest include the Six Flags Over Georgia and Center for Puppetry Arts. This 4-star hotel has 521 rooms, it also has a fitness center, swimming pool and nearby golf course. Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center dining options include room service and onsite restaurant. Pappasito’s Cantina, OK Cafe and Fresh To Order, f2o Cumberland Mall are all kid-friendly eateries that are good and are near the hotel.

Anniversary Celebration

Great place with spacious accommodations and amenities. Complimentary upgraded as a Bonvoy Marriott member to enjoy start of our anniversary celebration. Enjoyed option of noon checkout to sleep-in for a slow start to the day. Great view of the Suntrust Braves stadium.

Excellent, but...

This is a wonderful hotel, always clean and well maintained. We have stayed here many times. Since the merger, I have noticed a drop in the perks I receive. I was a Marriott member before (as was the hotel), but I was told that I lost my perks due to the merger (free breakfast and a welcome gift). Still a great hotel, but less of a value.
