Worst experience ever stayed here 9 days, they didn't service our room on 4 of those days. Front desk was rude and straight up lied on multiple occasions. Leah is completely rude when I had a delivery for to the hotel..I'm attaching a picture in front of the elevator on a regular basis. Due to elevator problem there were at time a 30 min wait to get to your room. Elevator was operating problematically for 7 of the 9 days. When I brought the issue to management, Kelly the gm said they cud give me a late check-out and some bonvoy pts since I booked third party, hardly comparable to the issues i had.

Just checked in as return visitors and was welcomed, as usual, in a friendly and professional manner. We were welcomed to breakfast and allowed to check in early. Breakfast was fantastic, particularly Rocio’s amazing smoothie! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
