Unfortunately, the hotel is going through a renovation. When we arrived, the lobby was in disarray and they were painting the walls. Fortunately, building B, where we stayed was not impacted.

Our suite had a living room and two bedrooms. It was equipped with 3 tvs and two bathrooms. This is ideal for two (non-couple) traveling together. The room overlooks the fenced-in area of the property containing temporary storage. This is where they stored the equipment and materials used for the renovation.

Security is good. Each entry requires you to badge in with your hotel card. For some reason, both room cards were deactivated and we had to get replacement cards.

I liked the fact that the air conditioning units are located outside. This makes for a quieter and better in-room experience.

The beds were comfortable and the shower worked fine.

Breakfast was ok. They had chafing dishes with scrambled eggs, pork sausage and pancakes. A waffle maker was available for fresh-baked waffles.

The property is in the residential area of north Dallas and filled with lots of restaurants, banks, and markets. Last evening we ate at a popular burger joint, LA Burger, located less than a mile away.

Excellent hotel with good quality and an outstanding services . Very neat, clean and very cozy. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and super clean, with very good breakfast. Great location with good access.
