Our stay at this hotel was a great experience until breakfast. One of the breakfast staff treated hotel guests very rude. I felt uncomfortable at breakfast. Other than that, this hotel has a great location, great front desk staff, great rooms, etc. I would stay here again but am nervous about upsetting breakfast staff about accidentally leaving a lid open or accidentally spilling something. I couldn’t imagine if I had my kids at breakfast with me.

My wife, adult son and I stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was large and ideal for a family group. Breakfast was also very good. We didn’t deal with the front desk much but they were fine for check-in and check-out.

No complaints from us. We’ll likely stay here in our next trip to Des Moines.
