This extended-stay chain’s slogan is “It’s not a room; it’s a Residence,” which makes it a great option for families on the go. Unfortunately, this property doesn’t have large suites, so families will have to choose between a studio or one-bedroom suite, each of which feature a king bed and sofa bed. They are much larger than most traditional hotel rooms. What makes this option desirable is that the suites include fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, pots and pans, serving dishes, utensils, and more. Complimentary wireless Internet comes standard as well.
Onsite, you’ll find what’s often a family’s top priority when booking a hotel: a pool. It’s located outdoors, towels are provided, and there’s a hot tub located adjacent to the pool so you can sit and relax as you watch the kids play. In the area, you’ll enjoy convenient access to the Grapevine Mills Mall, main street shops and restaurants, Lake Grapevine, Six Flags, Legoland, and more. Start your day with the free breakfast and then go start your adventures.

The room was huge and next to everything we wanted to do while in town. Excellent service and super clean hotel. The hotel had a bar and grill attached-but in the middle of the fabulous restaurants around the hotel-we missed it. However, it seemed lively and was busy on Saturday night.
I ended up staying here as part of a long saga getting home during and after the Denver blizzard, and I could not have been happier. The room was fine, and the location was convenient enough, but what really sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Karen, the person managing the breakfast layout, was a mother to us all in the morning. She made sure everyone had everything - and I am not being facetious - and her demeanor with all of the children was impressive. Carlos, at the Desk, made sure I had everything I needed and made my exploration of downtown Dallas possible. And Danny made sure I got to the airport safe, sound, and well-educated on how to navigate all things DFW. When I am next in Dallas, I am staying here.
