Unfortunately, on our last vacation our stay at Homewood Suites was double booked. Homewood booked us another room at the Residence Inn. The staff was great. However, our room only appeared clean on the surface. When it was bedtime we discovered the pull out couch bed was wet and dirty, and both queen bed comforters we're dirty. With only one staff member on the property it took an hour and a half to get the problems resolved. The staff was very apologetic and gave us a snack basket.

With all of that said Homewood and Residence are no longer on the possible list.

We're local to the Huntsville area and have been displaced due to water damage to our home. We've been here since March 21st and here it is May 12th and it's been such a wonderful stay!
Kudos to Kat and Daniel at the front desk. They certainly are professionals and go the 'extra mile' with a smile!
Housekeeping is great and you won't be disappointed with the hearty breakfast each morning and the AWESOME ladies that prepare it. Lois and Sharelle are most accommodating at Hospitality on Mon-Weds and SO friendly.
A furnished apartment had come available after 3 weeks of our stay here and we chose to stay here instead. Home away from home! It's certainly made the stress of being displaced SO MUCH easier.
When in Huntsville, we DEFINITELY recommend the Residence Inn.
