Roomy suites with full kitchens — perfect for families — are the best part of Residence Inn Minneapolis Downtown. Multi-room suites are available, some of which sleep up to five people. Fully equipped kitchens offer large refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers and, naturally, all the pots, pans and dishware you’ll need. Additionally, there are coin-operated laundry facilities at the hotel.
The Residence Inn is located right downtown, so it’s walking distance from a good number of family-friendly attractions (the hotel is just a few blocks from Target Field). For on-site entertainment, families can visit the hotel’s small game room or watch pay-per-view movies on flat-screen TV’s. Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite.
Pros: comfortable beds, full kitchen, access to coin laundry, close to restaurants and a Target.
Cons: worn carpets etc, not as clean as it should be, staff okay but certainly not going out of their way to be friendly. Breakfast okay but mostly overly processed food.
Stayed at this Residence Inn on 8th St right off Nicolette Mall for 4 nights. The property is conveniently located on the skyway circuit. They use a secure entry system 24/7 where you must be buzzed through the doors if you don't have a room key. The rooms are large & well equipped with a full kitchen. The living area is separated from the sleeping area by a large TV on a long stand. Employees at this property are helpful, informative & pleasant. There are many theaters & restaurants within easy walking distance. Room service is provided by Rock Bottom. There is a sel-serve market which supplies food & drink essentials adjacent to the check-in desk. Full breakfast is available for 3 hours every morning. Coffee & tea is free 24 hours a day in the lobby area.
